Terms of Service

These terms govern use of “Modi'in Events to Calendar,” a service operated by Moshe Cohen - Pashutomatzia. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

The service

The App collects public event information from municipal sources, classifies it by interest, and lets users add relevant events to an owned Google Calendar. Users can choose manual or automatic synchronization, remove events, and disconnect accounts.

Information source and no municipal affiliation

The App is independent and is not operated, endorsed, or supported by the Municipality of Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut or Google. Public event information may be incomplete, changed, or cancelled without notice. Verify important details with the event organizer before relying on the App.

User responsibilities and authorization

• Use only a Google account you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for category choices, auto-sync settings, and reviewing calendar events.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that harms the service or others.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided “as is” and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete information, event suitability, or immediate reflection of every update or cancellation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, missed events, or reliance on public content. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the service and may block use that threatens security or violates these terms.

Privacy, governing law, and contact

Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with jurisdiction in the competent courts of Israel. Contact: moshexx@gmail.com.
